The Dot rules the night. 

1. The Katacala has come again. The cosmic anomaly, "the Dot," looms large in the night sky above the planet of Maridma.  On the night of the Katacala, the Dot beams with a feverish intensity that has baffled astrophysicists across the galaxy. 

2. The galaxy is divided.  Is the Dot blown out of proportion or the arrival of a new age of knowledge?  Will humanity descend into war over the legacy of science?

3. There are no supporting characters. Every character you interact with has their own motivations, goals, and personal history. Your player is a member in an ensemble cast. Not everyone you meet will gush to you their life story. Some characters will take time for you to gain their trust.
